Work for justice-impacted women. While we support all justice-impacted individuals, we have a special affinity for the special needs of women. We prepare justice-impacted women to succeed in today’s hiring and digital work environments by providing both the practical tools and the emotional readiness required for long-term stability.
We work with workforce boards, corrections agencies, and community organizations to strengthen employment outcomes, digital access, and economic stability through structured, procurement-friendly service delivery.
